INFOPRESS GROUP THE LARGEST GROUP OF PRINTING COMPANIES IN SOUTH – EASTERN EUROPE

Infopress Group, the largest group of printing companies in the SEE region, will be officially launched today, September 20, 2007.
Infopress Group includes Infopress Romania and Delta+ Bulgaria. The group is waiting for the final due diligence report, in order to start a Greenfield project in Hungary. The upcoming development plans of Infopress Group include an investment in Bucharest.

The CEO of Infopress Group is Birgir Jonsson, known as International General Manager in KVOS International. KVOS International is an investment company located in Iceland. Since 2005, KVOS owns Infopress Romania – the biggest printing house in Romania. The Icelandic company portfolio includes also other printing companies such as Oddi, OPM and Gutenberg.

As Romania is considered the biggest market for Infopress Group, the headquarters will be located in Bucharest.
The name of the group is given by the Romanian largest printing house, Infopress. Birgir Jonsson, CEO Infopress Group, explains: "Infopress as a brand has a high level of awareness within SEE and it is the largest company in our group. This is why we choose to build up our new economic entity around it".

Infopress Group has now over 1000 employees.

For year 2007, the management of Infopress Group estimates a turnover of 80 mil Euro. The expected figure for 2008 turnover increases up to 100 mil Euro.

Infopress Group is now the leader of printing industry in SEE region.
